What we collect

This is a small editorial site, and we collect as little as it is possible to collect while still running a website. Reading the Tower Rush guide requires no registration, no login and no personal details. We do not ask for your name, your phone number, your payment information or your casino account details, and there is no form on these pages that would let you send them to us by accident.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. That data exists for security and troubleshooting, in the same way it does on practically every website, and it is not used to build a profile of you or to contact you.

How the information is used

Log data and aggregated analytics tell us which pages are read, which screenshots load slowly and where the guide is unclear. That is the whole purpose: making the pages faster and more accurate. We do not sell data, we do not rent mailing lists and we do not pass visitor information to casinos or advertising networks for resale.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies on this site fall into two groups. Essential ones keep the pages working and remember basic display preferences. Analytics ones count visits in aggregate so we can see which sections are actually read. Neither group is used to identify you personally or to follow you across unrelated websites.

Your browser controls all of it. Cookies can be blocked or deleted from the browser settings at any time, and the guide will still be perfectly readable without them. Private browsing windows and tracking-protection features work here as they do anywhere else.

Third-party services and links

The pages load fonts, icon sets and a slider library from public content delivery networks, and those providers see the request your browser makes to them. Outbound links to a partner casino are marked as sponsored in the code. Once you follow such a link you are on another company’s site, covered by its privacy policy and its cookie practices, not by ours — worth reading before you register.

Data security

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, software is kept patched, and access to the server is limited to the people who maintain it. Because we hold no customer database, no payment details and no gambling account data, the damage a breach here could do is small by design — the safest record is the one that was never collected.

No system on the internet is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If you ever receive a message that appears to come from this site asking for money, casino credentials or identity documents, it is not from us: we never ask for any of those things.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what information is held about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold almost nothing beyond server logs, most such requests are answered quickly. Write to info@mddaonline.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Children

Gambling content is for adults only, and this site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Parents who want to restrict access to gambling-related material can use the parental control tools built into modern operating systems, browsers and mobile networks, which block this entire category of site.

Data retention

Server logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and diagnostics, then discarded on the host’s normal rotation schedule. Aggregated analytics, which cannot be traced back to an individual reader, may be kept longer so that year-on-year traffic can be compared. Nothing is archived indefinitely for its own sake.

Changes to this policy

If the way the site handles data changes — a new analytics tool, a different host, an added embedded service — this page is updated to describe it, and the version published here is always the one in effect. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced by email, since we do not hold any email addresses to announce them to.
